We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to oversee daily operations, analyze market trends, lead staff recruitment, plan budgets, and manage product procurement and marketing strategies to drive business growth at our Markham facility.

Key Requirements
- Work Location: 100% On-site (No remote option available)
- Language: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant management experience
Responsibilities
- Operations & Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations; manage and supervise staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements.
- Market Strategy & Procurement: Study market research and industry trends to assess consumer demand, competitive impact, and sales potential; select and procure merchandise for resale, and execute marketing strategies.
- Financial & Issue Management: Plan budgets, track revenues and expenses, and address operational issues including customer complaints and supply chain shortages.
