Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret welding process specifications
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated welding equipment
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and manuals
- Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications
- Operate flame-cutting equipment and metal shaping machines
- Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal
- Determine weldability of materials
- Operate welding and brazing machines to fabricate or repair metal parts
Working Conditions:
- Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work option.
