Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret welding process specifications
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated welding equipment
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and manuals
- Examine welds to ensure standards/specifications are met
- Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping machines
- Start, shut down, and monitor robotic welding production line
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment
- Use CNC machines
