Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret welding process specifications and blueprints
- Read and apply welding drawings, manuals, and standards
- Examine completed welds to ensure compliance with specifications
- Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
- Run pre-set welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
Working Conditions:
- Physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Constant travel between job sites; on-the-road work environment
