We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Worker to join our team in Sudbury. Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Worker, your primary duties will include:
- Distributing mail to appropriate recipients or departments.
- Printing and photocopying materials as needed.
- Producing customized labels for letters, parcels, and packages.
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Performing routine clerical duties and answering inquiries.
- Bundling, labeling, bagging, and routing mail into the proper delivery stream.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail manually and electronically.
- Maintaining accurate records for special delivery and registered mail.
- Searching directories to locate correct addresses for redirected mail.
- Sorting mail according to destination and weighing outgoing mail.
- Performing various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Experience: Previous experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and workloads.
