Job Details:

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend productivity and quality improvements
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews and arrange training for staff
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Stock shelves and display areas; maintain stock cleanliness and order
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Direct customers to requested articles; bag, box, or parcel purchases for shipment or delivery
  • Maintain computerized stock inventory and order stock
  • Perform order picking and fill mail/electronic orders
  • Record incoming stock and unpack products received, counting, weighing, or sorting items

Working Conditions:

  • Cold/refrigerated environment in frozen foods department
  • Relocation costs covered by employer; willingness to relocate required
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling loads up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone, steel-toed safety boots
