Responsibilities:
- Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and organize workflow.
- Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
- Prepare and submit reports regarding warehouse operations.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in their duties and company policies.
- Arrange training sessions for staff and conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work for warehouse personnel.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
