Adecco Canada is a leading staffing and recruitment agency that connects organizations with skilled talent. We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our client, QMC Meters, as Warehouse Compounders, contributing to the production of high-quality products.
Job Details:
- Location: Scarborough, ON
- Job Type: Temporary, Contract, Full-time
- Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)
- Shift Schedule: Overtime may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, mix, and blend raw materials according to precise formulations to produce high-quality products.
- Package finished products into specified bags or containers and prepare for distribution.
- Review powder and chemical batch sets, ensuring accurate completion.
- Follow sampling procedures, label samples, and submit them for lab testing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area during production, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
- Keep accurate log books on equipment and assist with inventory management using the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse shipping and receiving.
- Familiarity with metering equipment is an asset.
- Ability to lift and carry weights, including moving 45-gallon drums.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous compounding experience preferred, with a background in cosmetic production being an asset.
