Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Credentials: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
- Identify, label, and catalogue items received for efficient tracking.
- Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
- Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal manufacturing use.
- Maintain accurate records on the inventory control system using MS Office.
- Process incoming requisitions and ship, deliver, or pick up products and equipment.
- Specialized handling of electrical and electronic products.
Working Conditions:
- Work setting includes both warehouse and manufacturing environments.
- Physically demanding tasks: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Use of equipment such as pallet lifters.
- Security and safety: Basic security clearance and criminal record check required.
