Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
- Fields of Study: Gerontology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Human Resources

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports or case histories
- Conduct follow-up assessments and appraise client needs
- Develop, coordinate, and implement community services
- Screen, recruit, and train volunteers and support staff
- Manage events and supervise office and volunteer staff
- Liaise with social service agencies and healthcare providers
- Maintain program statistics for evaluation and research
- Assist clients with special needs and resolve conflict situations
