Qualifications Required:
- Education: College diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
- Experience: Experience an asset
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise general farm workers and harvesters
- Ensure adherence to farm safety and bio-security procedures
- Maintain quality control, production records, and work logs
- Hire and train staff
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties
Working Conditions:
