Qualifications Required:
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Certifications: Truck-Trailer Repairer Trade Certification, Truck-Trailer Repairer Red Seal Endorsement
Job Responsibilities:
- Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
Working Conditions:
- Environment: Fast-paced
- Physical demands: Hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, manual dexterity, standing for extended periods
- Area of specialization: Electrical and electronic systems, diagnostics, welding, truck-trailer repair
- Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, own tools
- Transportation: Own transportation, valid driver’s licence required
