About the Employer:
Highlight Motor Freight Inc. is seeking experienced and dedicated Truck Drivers to join our team. We are committed to providing exceptional transportation services and ensuring the safe delivery of goods across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods to designated locations safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspection, and delivery details.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding routes and schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A driver’s license is required.
- Previous experience as a truck driver, particularly with tractor-trailers, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety practices.
