Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate mountain driving expertise
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations
- Drive lighter, special purpose trucks
- Load and unload goods
- Inspect vehicle condition including tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
- Perform emergency roadside repairs
- Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
- Relay information to central dispatch
- Record cargo details, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption
- Transport and handle dangerous goods
Working Conditions:
- On-site work only, no remote option
- Free parking and on-site amenities available
Personal Suitability:
- Strong driving skills including mountain driving
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as loading and unloading goods
- Attention to safety and vehicle maintenance
Eligibility:
