Experience Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in long-haul trucking
Work Environment:
- On-site work only, no remote options
Responsibilities:
- Provide professionalism in customer service
- Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
- Ensure safety and security of cargo, including tarping as necessary
Credentials:
- AZ class license required
Experience and Specialization:
- Familiarity with documentation knowledge, including driver logbooks and inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip)
- Experience operating flatbed and tractor-trailer equipment
Additional Information:
- Willingness to travel cross-border and for extended periods, including overnight stays
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 45 kg / 100 lbs)
