- AZ class license
- Air Brakes Endorsement
Job Responsibilities
- Plan or adjust routes using GPS or navigation tools to minimize fuel consumption and emissions
- Load and unload goods
- Obtain special permits and required documents for international cargo transport
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Inspect vehicle condition, including tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
- Perform brake adjustments
- Conduct pre‑trip, en route, and post‑trip inspections
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch
- Record cargo details, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption
- Tarp and ensure safety and security of cargo
