- Salary: 65,000 to 85,000 annually (negotiable) / 40–50 hours per week

Qualifications Required
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and test cable signals and related equipment
- Repair cable signals
- Diagnose and locate equipment faults; adjust, replace, or repair telecommunications equipment
- Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and hardware
- Repair or replace defective telephone equipment
- Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or support structures
- Connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets
- Install cable modems and software for Internet access
- Maintain and repair aerial and underground transmission systems
- Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers
