Job Details:

  • Salary: $65,000–$85,500 annually (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: SQL

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to users experiencing computer difficulties
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Supervise technical support workers (5–10 people)
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
  • Deliver customer service and manage incidents
