Job Details:
- Location: 95 St. Clair Ave. W, Toronto, ON M4V 1N6
- Salary: $62,500 annually / 37.5 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Hours of Work: Day, 09:00 to 17:30
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in technical support or IT
Work Setting:
- On-site work; relocation costs covered by the employer. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Provide access to computer networks and report on the performance of computer systems and networks
- Respond to users experiencing difficulties with their computers
- Consult user guides and technical manuals to research and implement solutions
- Offer advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Participate in the redesign of applications and software
- Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users
- Set up equipment for employee use and ensure proper installation of cables and software
- Perform web-server backup and recovery operations
- Provide excellent customer service and manage incidents
Experience and Specialization:
- Knowledge of various computer and technology systems, including MAC, networking software/hardware, servers, and desktop applications
- Proficiency in software such as MS Active Directory, MS Office, MS Windows, SharePoint, AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Work Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail
