Key Responsibilities:
- Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
- Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
- Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the impact of security breaches.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a College or CEGEP program in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in technical support or a related area.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
Workplace Information:
- This position requires hybrid work; tasks must be completed both in-person and remotely.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Candidates should possess knowledge in the following areas:
- Cloud technologies, Salesforce, Hyperion, Shell script, and Teradata.
- Familiarity with operating systems including MAC, Linux, and Unix.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C#, Java, Perl, SQL, and Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with various software and tools including MS Office, Git, Apache Tomcat, and database management software.
