Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Report on performance of computer systems and networks
- Respond to user difficulties with computers
- Research and implement solutions using technical documentation
- Provide advice and training to users
- Maintain a log of problems and solutions
- Participate in software and application redesign
- Provide support for business systems, networks, and internet
- Set up equipment and ensure proper installation of systems and software
- Deliver customer service
