Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee preparation of sales and orders
- Prepare sales or other contracts
- Promote sales to existing clients
- Identify and solicit potential clients
- Assess client needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services
- Develop reports and proposals illustrating product or service benefits
- Deliver sales presentations
- Conduct sales transactions, including Internet‑based e‑commerce
- Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Train customers’ staff in equipment operation and maintenance
- Provide product presentations
- Resolve product and service‑related problems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Advertise and promote products, sales, or services
- Provide customer service
- Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
