Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Promoting sales to existing clients and identifying potential new clients.
- Assessing clients’ needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services.
- Delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our products.
- Providing input into product design to tailor goods or services to meet client needs.
- Offering ongoing support to clients after the sale or contract has been signed.
- Reviewing and adapting information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
- Resolving product and service-related issues and troubleshooting equipment problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train; prior sales experience in manufacturing or industrial products is an asset.
Skills Required
- Bilingual in English and French is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other sales-related software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additional Information
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel.
- Willingness to travel as needed, with travel expenses covered by the employer.
