Location: Ajax, ON
Salary: $36.50 hourly
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Promoting sales to existing clients and assessing their needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.
- Developing reports and proposals that illustrate the benefits of using our products or services.
- Providing input into product design to tailor goods or services to suit client needs.
- Consulting with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support and address any issues.
- Reviewing and adapting information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
- Troubleshooting problems related to equipment and providing solutions.
- Advertising and promoting products, sales, or services effectively.
- Supervising the activities of other technical sales specialists.
- Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a sales or technical role.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in developing reports and proposals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising strategies.
