Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Representative, your primary duties will include:
- Overseeing the preparation of sales orders and contracts.
- Promoting sales to existing clients and identifying potential new clients.
- Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate goods or services.
- Developing reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products.
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations and conducting sales transactions.
- Preparing and administering sales contracts and conducting transactions through electronic commerce.
- Providing input into product design to tailor goods or services to meet client specifications.
- Consulting with clients post-sale to provide ongoing support.
- Reviewing and adapting information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
- Resolving product and service-related problems and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in technical sales.
Skills Required
- Strong client focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized with a positive attitude and reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
