Job Overview:
As a Tax Return Preparer at CCUE FINANCE, you will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses. Your role will require attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines to ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns for clients
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information
- Communicate tax matters to clients and provide financial advice
- Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Languages: English (Mandarin and Cantonese are assets)
- Education: College/CEGEP in Accounting or Taxation
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in tax preparation
- Computer Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and database software
