Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff to ensure quality and efficiency in operations.
- Prepare income tax returns based on accounting records and financial documentation.
- Provide clients with financial, business, and tax advice tailored to their needs.
- Manage a team of 5-10 individuals, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
Work Environment:
- This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that may involve tight deadlines and requires multitasking.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years is required.
- 5 years or more of relevant experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel is essential.

- Organized, dependable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
