- Salary: $17.20 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people
Credentials:
- Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses: Safe Food Handling certificate
