Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5 years or more
Job Responsibilities:
- Install scaffolding, falsework, and platforms
- Signal crane operators per blueprints
- Align, weld, and bolt steel structures
- Dismantle various structural materials
- Inspect/testing for defects and compliance
- Position steel units for hoisting
- Interpret blueprints, maps, and drawings
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor environments, heights, noisy/confined/hot areas
- New construction (pre-engineered) sites
- Fast-paced with tight deadlines
- Physically demanding with heavy loads
- Requires standing, bending, crouching, kneeling
- Manual dexterity needed
- Own steel-toed safety boots required
- Travel expenses covered by employer
- Valid driver’s license required
