Job Details

  • Location: 1095 Redkenn Road, Haliburton, ON, K0M 1S0
  • Salary: $90,000 annually
  • Type of Employment: Term or contract; Full-time
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week; Day, Flexible Hours
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Necessary

  • Education: Master’s degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a relevant field
  • Languages: English

Responsibilities of the Job

  • Analyze market research data to improve business decisions or activities
  • Assist in product development and develop communication strategies
  • Direct the marketing strategies of the organization
  • Guide the team on crucial information to gather and research
  • Establish distribution networks for products and services
  • Implement communication strategies and programs
  • Direct and evaluate departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs
  • Assist in preparing brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions
  • Supervise working groups

Experience and Specialization

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, Google Drive, and MS Office
  • Experience in project coordination, community service organizations, product development, tourism, and business analysis

Additional Information

  • Security and Safety: Airport security clearance required
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s license required; vehicle supplied by employer
