Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Managing staff and assigning duties to ensure efficient store operations.
- Determining merchandise and services to be sold, as well as staffing requirements.
- Resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations of the store.
Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a retail management role.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
- Flexibility and the ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

- This position may involve standing for extended periods.
