Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct, control, and evaluate daily retail operations
- Manage staff (3–4) and assign duties; recruit and hire employees
- Plan budgets; monitor revenues and expenses
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Maintain inventory and ensure adequate stock levels
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking; standing for extended periods
- Own transportation required
