Qualifications:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Provide employee assistance and counseling services
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements for job openings
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms
- Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants for interviews
- Recruit graduates from colleges and universities
- Participate in selection boards to evaluate candidates
- Notify applicants of selection results and prepare job offers
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Supervise personnel clerks in filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
