Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and document user requirements
- Coordinate development, installation, integration, and operation of systems
- Define system functionality and integration steps
- Prepare software maintenance plans
- Research technical information for system design and testing
- Upgrade and maintain software
- Conduct usability testing and consult with clients post-sale
- Perform security and quality control tests
- Execute and document software and system test results
