Job Details:
- Location: 5906 Yonge Street, North York, ON M2M 3T3
- Job Type: Temporary, Seasonal, Casual
- Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, paid within 24 hours of the end of the shift
- Expected Hours: 8 hours per week (on call)
- Start Date: February 13, 2025
- Schedule: Weekends, nights, and morning shifts as needed
Responsibilities:
- Operate snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from designated sidewalks and walkways.
- Maintain and inspect snow removal equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for snow removal tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient snow removal operations.
Requirements:
- Proper winter clothing for outdoor work (boots, jacket, gloves).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and snow shoveling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme cold.
- A valid driver’s license is an asset but not required.
