🎓 Requirements

  • Language: English
  • Education: Trades certificate/diploma
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Security Clearance: Bondable, criminal record check, secret clearance
  • Licences & Training:
    • P.Eng. certification
    • Working at Heights
    • First Aid & CPR
    • Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal membership

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations and subcontractors
  • Oversee construction schedules, milestones, and project execution
  • Negotiate and revise contracts, procedures, and budgets
  • Implement risk and quality control plans
  • Supervise site teams (from 3 to 20+ people)
  • Analyze site reports and operational data
  • Read blueprints and schematics
  • Lead multi-disciplinary site teams and contractors

💻 Technical Skills

  • Software proficiency: MS Office Suite, SharePoint, MS Project, Autodesk Revit
  • Industry tools: Hand tools, construction equipment
