Job Details:
- Location: 2 Queen St. East, Toronto, ON, M5C 3G7
- Salary: $150,000 to $152,000 annually (To be negotiated)
- Type of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 5 years or more in a related field
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate subcontractor activities
- Evaluate daily operations and plan daily activities
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems
- Read blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Plan and manage budgets
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Oversee the analysis of data and information, preparing reports
- Apply quality control procedures and monitor safety conditions
- Inspect workplaces for safety or health hazards
Experience and Specialization:
- Computer and Technology Knowledge:
- Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word, Oracle Aconex
- Area of Specialization: Project management
