Requirements:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in roofing
Responsibilities:
- Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles, shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs
- Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs
- Repair roofing systems
Credentials:
- Working at heights training is required
Work Conditions:
- Fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling required
- Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 100 lbs)
- Overtime may be required
- Repetitive tasks and ability to work under pressure
