Location: 544 River Road West, Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z 2X2
Salary: $18.00 hourly
Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time

Key Responsibilities
As a Food Service Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and supervising the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Training staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimating ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and hiring food service staff.
- Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Preparing budgets and cost estimates, as well as addressing customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports.
- Supervising the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, and establishing work schedules.
Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience: Previous experience in food service supervision is an asset.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a client-focused attitude.
Additional Information
- This position involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may require standing for extended periods.
- Free parking is available on site.
