Education Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
Experience Requirements:
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in security or a related field
Work Environment:
- On-site work only, no remote options
- Air-conditioned and outdoor work settings
Responsibilities:
- Schedule events, programs, and activities
- Schedule work for security personnel
- Assist clients and guests with special needs
- Act as the point of contact for handling emergency situations
- Coordinate activities with other departments
- Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and quality
Credentials:
- Security Guard License required
