We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Security Guard Supervisor to join our team in Etobicoke. Key Responsibilities
As a Security Guard Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
- Acting as the point of contact for handling emergency situations.
- Coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Preparing and submitting progress reports and other documentation.
- Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolving work problems and providing technical advice to improve productivity and quality.
- Supervising the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Coordinating and scheduling activities of security personnel.
- Training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the security field.
Skills Required
- Strong client focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Flexibility and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments.
