Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or official functions
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimum working conditions
- Establish financial and administrative controls
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
- Approve overall human resources planning
Working Conditions:
