Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
  • Approve overall human resources planning

Working Conditions:
