Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5 years or more
Job Responsibilities:
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
- Oversee preparation of sales and orders
- Prepare sales or other contracts
- Read blueprints to determine dimensions and material requirements
- Identify and solicit potential clients
- Develop reports and proposals to illustrate product benefits
- Deliver sales presentations
- Provide input into product design to meet client needs
- Resolve product and service-related problems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Provide customer service
