Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 5 years or more

Job Responsibilities:

  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Oversee preparation of sales and orders
  • Prepare sales or other contracts
  • Read blueprints to determine dimensions and material requirements
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate product benefits
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Provide input into product design to meet client needs
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Provide customer service
