Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP in Business Statistics, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: 2 to <3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange staff training
- Conduct performance reviews
- Collaborate with marketing to communicate field messages
- Determine strategic planning for new product lines
- Establish sales-related organizational policies and procedures
- Lead sales team, build client relationships, and manage contract negotiations
- Plan, direct, and evaluate sales department activities
- Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff
- Organize and maintain inventory
Working Conditions:
- On-site work only

- Travel required: local, cross-border, extended periods, overnight, and regular travel
