Job Details:
- Location: Aurora, ON

- Salary: $41.36 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in roofing
Responsibilities:
- Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts, hot asphalt, and gravel.
- Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles, shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs.
- Install single-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
- Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs.
- Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces.
- Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools.
Work Conditions:
- Work Environment: At heights, outdoors, various locations, and residential settings.
- Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced, physically demanding, involving bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
