Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate staff duties
- Hire, train, and support staff development
- Teach interest or professional courses
- Authorize payments and merchandise returns
- Order and sell merchandise
- Establish schedules and manage inventory
- Resolve customer concerns and supply issues
- Prepare sales and personnel reports
- Oversee payroll and conduct performance reviews
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
