- Salary: $19.00 to $30.00 hourly (negotiable) / 35 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 years program)
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities in food preparation and portioning
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- Supervise 3–10 staff members
