Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Certification: Smart Serve
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and adjust work schedules and methods to meet operational needs
- Supervise and coordinate staff who prepare and portion food (16–20 employees)
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures; hire food-service staff
- Ensure food and service meet quality-control standards
- Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and reports; maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Balance cash, oversee deliveries, and check food trolleys
- Address customer complaints or concerns
