Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma (1–2 years) or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Determine services offered; implement operational procedures and health-safety regulations
- Balance cash; complete balance sheets and related forms
- Conduct staff performance reviews; supervise 11–15 employees; lead and instruct team members
- Organize and maintain inventory; negotiate with suppliers and catering clients
- Participate in marketing plans; address customer complaints and provide service excellence
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced, physically demanding environment with tight deadlines
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking; overtime may be required
