Job Overview:
As the Restaurant Manager at Pizza Hut, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for implementing operational procedures and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Set staff work schedules and manage daily operations
- Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete financial reports, including cash reports and balance sheets
- Conduct performance reviews and provide staff training
- Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer service
- Recruit, organize, and train restaurant staff
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years)
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a management role within the restaurant industry
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using electronic cash registers, MS Office, and point of sale systems
